Tester Hiring Channel Would be cool and a lot of people would have opportunity to volunteer to cool up-coming games or get paid

I feel like a dedicated channel is too much especially since anybody who posts there is just giong to be spammed by a bunch of kids who want early access to a game

without actually understanding what being a tester entails
