I need help answering question how to continue learning scripting.

Like I watched every guide there was from brawlblox tutorial series

I wrote everything in Studio and did all the challenges he said to do on our own

but now idk

Well you have to have some sort of personality or desires.

Like surely there's something you think would be neat or kinda cool to make. Or maybe something common people have to do in their games that'd be good to learn?

Well when I started learning my idea was to make a game of each genre I like or a game similar to other games I have played an enjoyed.

Okay great, so what are those game genres

Medieval fighting games, parkour/movement games, soulslike games, monster hunter.

Okay so a lot of those involve combat.

So maybe a good place to start is making it so you can attack and kill a dummy.

instead of copying

Follow along, but don't copy them.

If they say they're going to use the Players service to get players, instead just go to the official docs and look at the Players service. Find the function that'd do that. Read the example code. Read the explanations.

Then when your script works, check what the tutorial did and compare.

Instead of typing exactly what the person is typing, listen to what they're doing, but look at the official docs. If they mention they're going to use "PlayerService", go look up "PlayerService" and read more about it. See how it may accomplish the goal. Then type it yourself.
