UI scale problem (please help me)

the offset value doesn't apply to device size

so 900 offset x is 900 pixels on a phone and a pc

but scale, scales it down to the device resolution

scale uses device length so 1 is the entire screen or within its' parent's size

so how can I fix it

adjust the values

set offset to 0 and scale to probably 0.725 and adjust from there
