the hand and the sword angle is so weird
found the old example i did before, actually you will only need less than 10 keyframes in an animation

dont use normal keyframe, use automatic + bezier
it will be smooth with only a few keyframes

I seen the mistake on mine the angle of the sword was weird
and there was no anticipation

just
select all and right click get menu then click the effect you want
you gonna remake if use automatic effect
remember 3 stages of your animation
- first frame(idle)
- attack(fast, 1-5 keyframes)
- go back idle pos (slow, 1-3 keyframes)
like the one i said before to my friends
1-5 one like only 5 frames between each others
and go back idle is like 10 - 20+ frames

because automatic effect could break your anim

it would be 3 keyframes from posA swing to posB
I used that to make the hands jittery to make the heavy look realistic
Theres only alot of frames there because i wanted it to be jittery gng
on those two parts i made it jittery @toxic otter
