big first project
start of with learning how to script
make a simple simulator
then slowly move up
till a game like this
** You are now Level 1! **
I’ll try
i highly recommend you dont start off your development if you are a new dev with a large and complex project, have reasonable expectations, start simple, i've made the same mistake and i've warned
What do you mean by reasonable expectations?
from my experience, some people have high expectations in what they want to achieve, for example a beginner developer expecting to be able to make a complex game
having reasonable expectations upon yourself helps you improve a lot faster aka starting simple
make sure what you are making matches your skill and knowledge, and im not saying dont try anything new or push your skills a little bit, but try to have balance so you dont burn out and give up, because too much is too much
