Trouble with the leaderboard

I tried to follow the leaderboard script from roblox studio's help section but no matter what I do the value always stays at 0. How do I fix this?

I might've figured out the problem but now I don't know how to fix it
this is my current code
the "Count" value has the correct score but for some reason it's always read as 0

Try doing:
local count = ReplicatedStorage.Count
Don’t use waitforchild in ReplicatedStorage
