so I don't have the measurements of the width of the hull and I don't even have the shape of the bow so I had to find alternative methods and without having the perfect ship

And why do you need the measurements now? Just use the refrence image, make the shape, then once you do find the measurements just scale it up or down

make the left side shape first, then use the top ref image, then fill in the gaps
