weird issue with clone()

Is there a reason why a part wouldnt be cloned inside of the cloned folder? it seems that every other instance clones, however the part never goes with it, let me know if you need to see anything else

idk how tf it fixed it but, if you enable anchor property it then gets cloned???

Since it was unanchored it fell into the void
