So when i like done working with it, I went to exit studio. Before I did, studio told me that I want to save my work or not, I selected save and again when I went to exit site, it again popped up with a tab whether I want to save it or not, it went on like 2-3 more times. After some moment I got frustrated and clicked no, that is when I exited studio but when I went back to check whether my work has been saved or not, it vanished. Even at backup files it’s nowhere to be found and even if there was the file, it won’t let me access back. So overall, it’s hard work for nothing and I didn’t even get to finish it fully.

The build was done, and I was experimenting with lighting, I was going with a realistic environment.

You should contact support, I highly doubt they dont have it with all the redundancies in their data storage

ive had an issue in the past regarding some 3d files stored on their servers impoperly loading in the past. It took like a week or two but I eventually spoke with some of their software engineers in their data storage department. if there is an actual fuck up on their end, theyll really want to know how to fix it
