what u need:
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 350g of flour
- 700g of chicken
- 2 tablespoons of oil (i use vegetable), (dont use motor oil)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cloves garlic (i use 4)
- optional green onion, adds flavor and gives the appearance of chicken
- 200ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce (i use 3-4)
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (you can use regular sugar, but with powdered it better)
- 2 tableespoons of ketchup
- Some sesame optional

Dredge chicken in batter and flour and fry until golden brown

Prepare the sauce
Mix and stir until smooth

Dredge chicken in sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds
