I don't like to help with animation problems because most of the time it's not even a problem with code.

i have to adress some questions first

does your animation object have an ID?

do you own the animation?

what rig type was the animation animated on?

what rig type is the npc "Noob"?

9 out 10 these questions solve the problem.
