Word for word
ong
Would they apply for a skill rank for this?
Read dawg
no skill rank
Its literally only pro acess
I bolded it too 😭
So how do they get it
Do they just ask to get it
no same ranking process
we can have s3 review these
Its js u dont get a role
you js have to know shit
or we can do a quiz or smthin
okay so they instead of applying for a skill rank they apply for pro access
I wanna see if people would accept the idea first
Yeah
Skill rank is for lua
pro access i feel should be for people with the skill
Then say that
bum
U didn’t say how they would get it brah
U said allow them to get it
Okay but how
Put that they apply to get it like a skill rank
Do you mean access to #📜︱pro-scripting ? Why should people without roblox scripting ability qualify?
IME even answers to abstract questions heavily depend on properties of luau and roblox
and provide other viewpoints
yeah but you can still use a streamlined idea on a bigger sense
and implement it into lua
sure, and have something unusable in roblox
well that depends
besides you have to have rankers who specialize in what you're submitting
If you want your input to be relevant, you need to know the particulars of roblox and luau. Things applicable elsewhere are often not good approaches for roblox scripting
If you have significant other experience and are at all interested in roblox scripting, it shouldn't take long at all to meet S2 requirements
I mean you arent getting a rank, its just pro access
And I mean you can always explain your work
answer basic scripting questions that anyone who can make a program of that level can answer
You can do that just fine in #1020374354867007528 and #📜︱scripting with no special role. Without roblox scripting experience, you're not a pro roblox scripter
yeah, this is "Roblox Studio Community" after all, not "Coding Community"
