So the photo above says “workspace.Mobs”
Which only does damage to mobs in workspace
But I need it to do damage in my server storage were my real mobs are Stored
I tried server storage.mob but I didn’t work
** You are now Level 6! **
@plain plinth Use win+shift+s in order to take screenshots
that way its easier to see your screen
Ok
I cant
do u not have discord on ur computer
** You are now Level 6! **
I do
take a screenshot of your code and send it here
why r u against quality screenshots
Ok
Idk
I dont know what u mean by real mobs in server storage
we arent taking videos of our wii screen to share speedrunning records anymore
Like my mobs that spawn
we are now an advanced civilization
why dont you change workspace.mobs to serverstorage.mobs
I was using testing mobs and it does damage in workspace
I tried
It gives me a new prob
whats the end goal
Local nearest target
= nil
why do u want to damage mobs in server storage
Cause
They spawn only in server storage
ur probably computing distance in workspace somewhere else in ur code
I’m making a tower defense game
i dont see anything about doing damage in this script
Lemme send you a screen shot
But how
but dont you want them damaged only if theyre currently in game?
it looks like youre just finding the closest mob
Doesn’t do damage lemme show
explain the server storage damaging idea
do you intend for the mobs to stay there all game?
your breathing 😍
But the other are in server storage
yo thats actually not readable
just use obs or gyazo or something bro
BRO OK
we arent recording new wii sports speedrunning high scores anymore bro
we have screen capture
bros mobs invaded server storage
I put them their
If I put them in workspace they don’t move
I toon a secret shir
Screen shot
@sudden ibex @meager jetty @quaint skiff
I finally found out
try adding a print after if target then
also maybe for the future you should set the wait time in the while loop to a variable
What should the print say
bro it doesnt matter
just something so you can see if it ran
have you ever coded without a tutorial before
Yes (no
the only reasons you would ever use a print are to check a variables value or to see if a script reaches a certain point
Do you know that mobs in serverstorages don't run?
May I ask why you need to damage the mobs in serverstorage and why they are in server storage in the first place.
