Upgrade marketplace to HiddenDevs/RoDevs style marketplace. We are seeing the limitations of this one. It would be a major boost for the server to have a better organized marketplace.
What do they do differently?

Bot with a set template, that posts in the channels.
A Channel for each skill hiring/for hire

These 2 already make it pretty good. Both of their flaws are that the post submissions are manually approved, which I suggest against and opt for moderation if anything wrong is noticed after posting

the only problems our bots downtime
