it returns false positives sometimes, for example if you're looking for scripter hiring posts and the hiring message mentions that they have a scripter already (so then why list it in your post anyways but wtv)
still gonna downvote because this isn't possible to do unless bringing back the original posting feature or just making hireable-SKILL and hiring-SKILL channels
