and yes, i know that i can get rid of <@&931305645620207728> , but i do often enjoy the events. i just don't want to be notified every time some slight change has happened that no one really cares about
ngl its not that serious
neither are half of the suggestions in this server
i can almost guarantee i'm not the only one annoyed by it
it’s one ping like every once in awhile
most of the time
and those pings bring up event participation
it’s not pointless
and hardly even frequent
@muted grove
if u don’t like the pings just opt out💀the only reason they pinged again is cus they didn’t have enough people clearly
@muted grove Do you know how ungrateful you sound
We're spending our free time to host an event for you guys, how do you think it feels when we get 4 submissions.
3/4 pings so far have been very important to us as it's been voting and submissions. The fourth one is to remind you to apply for the event and possibly vote if you haven't.
We spent time gathering your opinions on this event, which you sound mad ungrateful for.
If you don't like the pings, remove the role like @craggy lagoon said.
" I don't mind an announcement every couple of weeks", so we're at fault for actively reviving events?
Yeah man, makes sense. If you don't like the pings, opt out.
Come I'm going to give you a hug.
Oh and unfortunately nobody would join then :)
i've been offline for 3 days.
why don't you use discords event feature?
instead of pinging @everyone, i'm pretty sure discord has a way to @mention people who have pressed 'interested' on the event.
you don't need to call me ungrateful for having a legitimate suggstion, because it annoys me and probably other people, maybe try to resolve it.
