How to make meshes/parts accesories/clothing?

is there any way to script a gui button so that when pressed, it will add the accessory to the player or StarterCharacter? and in a certain position?

js make and script ur UI however u want
then u can js use the players pos from the humanoidrootpart and then add on the location
