Send "Access Code" to reserve server to be displayed

I managed to make a server list system which is fully operational. The only issue im facing right now is how I can get the access code used to join the server, over to the reserved server it belongs to. That way people can share the code with their friends so they can join them easily, or to join private servers. I keep seeing how the reserve server code isnt the same as the private server id etc etc and I'm left really confused. Any help?

no i got that, i can teleport to them fine. Its more of having the code thats attached to it get sent to that server too in case people forget it
