At this point, I want you to write notes on whatever you've learnt & then after that do something different from the video or any tutorial you learn.
Don't just copy everything that's placed inside.
Use those tools for whatever you've learned and then use them in a different way from the previous lessons you've had.

Scripting isn't always as easy.
But I suggest you start to think your own small goals like

• How to make a part move
• Know what services are in the explorer
• learn how to conviently follow the syntax of language
• learn the language
  And mostly know the general aspect of Luau

If you're learning how to script, you'll most likely know how to get used to it one day.

I suggest you keep those complex puzzling ideas out.
Just keep practicing, it's what people do to learn if you learn nothing then most likely just be patient and redo it again and think distinctively.

If you're very lost find a tutorial

The documentation also helps out, but sometimes it's not as simplified as it can be

Modelling & scripting aren't the same, so it's inconvenient whenever you're going to follow up on something that isn't similar

But if you're willing to learn two without any further issue then you can multitask
