I don't think this is possible with the new system considering it is the bot that sends the message
you would need access to delete bots by the message but then that means other people can delete other peoples' hiring posts so this is just something you need to communicate with the people that you are no longer needing it

You can have the bot store the discord id of the person who the bot was sent by
So the only person who the bot will recognize when pressing delete is the discord id that sent the message
