@formal citrus i was thinking about this. a sort of welcome channel for new members to talk in and chill before joining the rest of the server. this would've also contributed to the minimum requirement of chattable channels for the Discord Server Guide feature, but i found a way around that and in the end, non-verified members need to focus more on getting verified and another channel would just be more work for the staff to moderate
