Big Wise Boss @rapid wadi oppinions?

troll post will bring to a channel blacklist or a warn
while good posts will lead to punish (in a future moment after the validification by a mod) someone even when no mods were online at the time
I know thinking about how well this might work, etc... is a bit weird but I have an answer for all the questions
@karmic ember THANK YOU FOR THE GIFT YOU ARE SO AWESOME 😭
NOW I CAN BULLY GREYNAMES FURTHER 🔥
seems col i guess
Terrible, mini-mods make situations almost always worse, actually giving them a feeling of power creates an even more toxic environment where everyone will be looking for what everyone else is doing wrong and instantly ratting them out
Unless you phrase this under: “give us a report command”
i like this a lot
The report command or the idea of thousands of power heaving mini-mods
Wait, I think you misunderstood my idea
Mini mod == all the community without a specific roleor req, just lvl 10/15+
Mini mod == no powers,no role,no mod
They are just normal user like others who, when someone break a rule but there aren't mod online they can show the proof + the user id to notify mods that the user broke the rule.
Mods later, when they are online will just check the channel and give the appropriate punishment
Don’t call them mini mods, that’s where it went wrong lol
Mini mods are not the kind of people you want to give any feeling of power to
No, most mini-mods are not who you would want as a trainee
lets just say helpers and contributers
Yes
just normal members that report rule violations
Yes
don’t call them mini mods
Was this the idea
since when is mini-mod not a negative comment anymore, everyone dislikes mini-mods
just call them snitches
Helpers are fine
The suggestion should read: “The staff team is not big enough to be able to moderate all channels and conversations 24/7, that’s why there is a need for a simple and quick way (which rewards members) to privately report rule violations through (a) simple command(s).”
That would make them “above” normal members, why make this a subset of members instead of giving this ability to everyone
Just punish those who abuse the system and reward those who provide valuable information and help
Helpers is just a name to call them, but they won't have a role or anything
Just call them members
i need more roles
Leaving aside the fact that there was a confusion of words, you seem to like the idea
There was no confusion, I just mentioned that you shouldn’t call them mini-mods because your typical mini-mod does not have a positive effect on members and the community as a whole
That’s what i disagreed with, as well as giving this ability to a subset of members (but it doesn’t seem like that was your idea)
The idea as I said was just to have a channel where people could help but without having a special role or special permissions.
Mini mods was the word that made a bit of a mess when you're right which has a different meaning but it was just because I didn't know how to call users 🙂
