no im making this suggestion since everyone who gets banned with warning threshold tries to get appealed since most people think 5 warns is too low.

if you will get banned tommorrow and you have like an old warn or some recent warns not serious we will accept your appeal

give us a valid reason why we should increase the number of max warns or a valid alternative solutions instead of the current system and we will accept

but as demonstrated if you have just a little common sense to understand that spamming is disrespectful to others, sending nsfw stuff to a pg13 server is not one of the best ideas,etc.... it's hard to get warns

explain why i got warned for sending poetry in #💬︱general when this guy (#📜︱scripting message) can send his poem and not get warned? People are getting warned (and banned) for stupid reasons. My poem was like 5 lines of poetry and a mod comes in and accuses me of Flooding general with poetry? This is why i made this suggestion.

And here's another reason: I got warned for saying @everyone as a joke. Now typing poetry and joking about mentioning everyone isn't worth a ban. Instead it's worth nothing of a punishments. And another time: I said my budget is 10k robux for a game and then you warn me to specify a SPECIFIC price WHEN THERE IS NO RULE that you need a specific price. I have stated that total payment of everybody will be approx. 10k robux and that fits the 500 robux / 1.75 USD rule perfectly.

This is basically why i suggested this: People are getting warned for stupid reasons and this increases their ACTUAL VIOLATING warns and thus they get banned.

before warning for stupid reasons like chat flooding, spam, etc... I always give verbal warn, mute for 2-5h, mute for 24+ and at the end a warn

ok, i'm too nice but actually just a mute for 2-5 before a warn it's worth considering, some mods don't do it because they say "it's useless because they'll do it again" but in my opinion you should always give a second chance

what does this have to do with it, this is just a lack of mods in the channel in question when the guy wrote that long poem, but also the error of the users who, after seeing what he did, didn't ping any mods

Well, if anyone finds they've been warned for a stupid reason they're free to open a #🎫︱tickets , tickets exist for that
Furthermore, all warns can be appealed, so at least you don't make a speedrun ban by getting banned in 2 months, after about 5 months you can remove the less serious warns (spam, flood, etc...) and after 1 year the more serious ones ( filter bypass,marketplace warns,etc...)

I also want to underline the previous point, in which as I said it is because no one has pinged a mod and no mod was in the chat at that moment

no offense but I find what you are writing does not make sense.

If you're complaining that people get warns and get banned for silly reasons, why would you make a suggestion about raising the maximum number of warns before getting banned instead of making suggestions like :

"make a list with the type of punishment and how long it can be called so that a user knows when to call his warns before getting banned"

"Be nicer and don't warn right away, but give alternative punishments like verbal warn, mute, etc... before warning"

"Implement a warn threshold system that works in points such as the maximum points to reach are 30 and each type of punishment adds different points to the user, such as a spam adds 2 points while a bypass 7, etc... so as to have warns that we have a different weight and then get banned later for stupid reasons and sooner for less stupid reasons"
