about the fact of progress in the background, what is organized, etc.... I agree with you, I like to tell what happens to the community and receive their opinions because they help me to discover the negative points behind what I do and solve them according to the needs of the community.

progress is often given with suggestions here in #📝︱server-suggestions or in #📥︱polls asking questions about the progress we are making and what people think.
Many times I fight to convince other staff members to open public threads and not ask individually in each staff member's dm because simply users, including some staff members, do not know what is happening in the background and above all there is no discussion to see if others like the idea or not. (so note how the problem is not only at the users level but it has also reached the staff because some of us don't know what is happening,why,etc...)

about the #❓︱feedback-discuss channel if I have to tell the truth, I never understood what it's for 🙂
I never understood it was for diamond user feedback, if it was for voting, etc....
in any case it's pretty dead, we should suggest our ideas and ping all the people with the feedback role.

what i can say is that :

-RSC bot is as it was, the idea that has already been mentioned in public chat several times where they were working to implement the commands like warn,ban,etc... are not implemented yet

-For the marketplace system with its current bot there had been a suggestion where I had told my idea which was liked by the community and the staff, but no further progress has been made for now because the bot programmers are almost non-existent o they are working on something else, or I don't know why we don't have information from them, while I said I wanted to try but I'm not able to write in TypeScript.
Also another mod that I don't really agree with what he's doing, again no offense if he's reading this....he was implementing another thing to the marketplace that I don't like and that many staff members don't they knew about it before it was done.
Furthermore, this same suggestion was made in #serv and failed with 7 and 6 so as I was saying, in my opinion this thing that made

i mean, no offense but he become event organizer when applications where close, after 1 week from his promotion from trainee to staff, he received chat mod power (when all of us long ago voted on removing warn,ban,etc... powers from event organizers), after that he received all roles and after 1 week inspecting every department he thought it was enough to figure out all server issues and revamp without even thinking twice, even making a server where people who didn't by chance found the invite from the staff channels, they had no idea what was going on and they found themselves overnight with the server changed without even having a public poll for the server and not even a private poll just for the staff
