I like:

The ratings/past work system
Organization
Post approval prevents shitty posts

I dislike:

Less freedom when making the post
Post approval takes ages but thats because volunteer staff

All good points, maybe theres a channel where higher level or ranked members can approve or disapprove marketplace posts? Instead of moderators its a group of 50 ish trusted members, with of course the standard rules that can be applied automatically..
And for freedom you could let people customize their posts more
