I can't seem to find the issue for this car i made to not go in a changing color loop....

So I wanted to make a admin panel for my game and i first off started by making the gui and that went fine so I starting scripting it and I first made with a rainbow car cmd where it puts your car in a random color loop.
Somehow it's not doing the changing color loop and it has no errors. Since the car owners are found with the model being its owners name I made a string value inside the car so it tells the script which car it is to change the parts color of it. And right now it's ballscar so can anyone help me out?

If you are gonna make an admin panel in a local script, it wound be like an exploiter is trying to be "admin", because it will run a client script, like you
