it was just too unstable for the community

and i think we wont like mods checking tickets just because some 9 year old kid "partnered" and made a game and got scammed

it will not be community responsibility but people will still make tickers after being warned

i proposed this idea with meex in 2022 too but in reality level 10 isnt really that hard to get and this really wont stop any mass scamming as a person can scam any time irrespective of their community level also if we go on a cap above than 10 then it will be just locked to ever active members and this community has tend to have members at that level who does not support the idea of working for free in any form or just working in general
