It's like the suggestion for multilingual channels, but you added "Culture" to make it different

We've just talked about this before, over and over again in these servers.

The idea as always is not bad, it's interesting, etc... But our moderators can't translate every message in that chat to understand what people are saying and who is breaking the rules
