I would tell you to do one thing @mint oak ....

Try to rewrite your idea, argue it more, say what it brings to the server, what are the benefits, how it should be managed at an organizational level (because everything about this server must go through the moderators team), also think about what could become RSC,etc....

And maybe you'll figure out what sucks about this idea, how to improve it, and maybe even get more people to accept the idea.
