one way is probably to try and find small successes to keep you going. I think kermit is right in that, whatever you make, it should probably be something quite small that you can play with and entertain yourself.
Things like building placement systems, maybe some kind of tycoon, some kind of movement mechanic, pet system...

if you can put in the effort to try and piece together some kind of script, even if its malformed, if you give it a good shot its not uncommon to find people in here willing to just fix it

lots of reading the official roblox API (a wikipedia type of thing that details all the built in functions and stuff that you can use, it also has lots of free basic scripts in there)
And to be honest the toolbox was a massive massive help for me (a source of free assets and scripts)
but ive been told the toolbox oftentimes contains malicious scripts
so youll probably want to save back-ups of your game, and inspect what you get from there carefulyl
