Researched the statistics of voting from levels 5+ compared to people below level 5, aka "greynames," and I believe the data i collected shows that barring people below level 5 from voting would not solve anything.

Only ~10% of all the votes cast in this channel (excluding bot votes and votes from suggestion authors) are made by people below level 5. ~21% of those votes are downvotes, or ~2% of all the votes made in the channel

The problem that this channel is facing is a lack of feedback provided for suggestions. Less than 10% of all people that cast votes in this channel actually provide any feedback in the threads provided for every single suggestion
