Second frame cant be bigger then main

Hi, I have been thinking for a long time how to solve this problem, could someone help me? I have a main frame that is oriented by RelativeXY and in it I have a second frame oriented by RelativeYY, could it be done, when the main frame is shrunk to a smaller size than the second frame, so that the second frame starts to shrink as well?

You might need to get a plugin to calculate the ratio size for you

Also you only need the ratio on the first frame I believe
