Sorry but we can't keep making exceptions for a small percentage of users that run such old devices that they don't support any form of new Discord versions. The backup help channels will be removed in the near future, you can currently use threads to circumvent the slow-mode (indented). If you client doesn't support threads or the new forum channels we'll be unable to help you.
