@river socket We were working on a system to automatically help people with this, but currently it's not possible for people to tag their post solved. Since it's required to add a tag (so people are aware who to help) some instead used the solved tag to "bypass" that.

That’s exactly what we’ve been working on, but our old bot works on an api version that didn’t include that functionality.
