Requires a bit of scripting, but you can try using particle:Emit()

to control the rate that displays across all grapics levels

@deep bramble here's a tip for animating, instead of asking for someone to teach you, look at references, for example an analogy on running and try to animate it at least 2-3 times.

People's animations are only bad if they haven't looked at references
