the slide usually moves a lot faster and the force doesn't just stop as soon as the slide goes as far back as it can. it stops when its completely gone backwards and forwards.

Ok, soooo I'm having another problem here. It's kinda hard to explain but ill try my best. So whenever I start an animation I always do the first possess. But then when I make the second pose and start running the animation the first pose plays as usual. BUT then the second pose starts to play earlier than I intended it to be. When you start playing the animation, moon animator will play the next keyframe, it's mean the next pose. And at between 0 and 92 you didn't put any keyframe to say to moon animator "no i want to keep this pose until you reached the seconde keyframe wich is before the begining of the second pose

As a beginner I recommend animating an animation in parts and then editing it in between. Don't add keyframes one by one or then your animation won't look right

Stiff, unsmooth and inconsistent. Also I think something that weights more would walk like that. So a bit unrealistic.
Pan should go higher and it needs a better and longer charge up. The pan just stays in place. I recommend using physics. In other words fast ->slow->fast->catch-> a bit of bounce
