I came to correct the question that I had at that moment since the "solution" was always in front of me. I thought that if I used a different model in Blender (in this case an IK rig) when exporting it it would give me an error (In Roblox Studio) since I pasted the animation data in another rig, however this does not work this way, you can just use another rig in Blender and export the animation data in any other rig in the Studio. Thanks also to those who tried to respond.
