It looks laggy to me, don't know if that's the recording or the animation. But when you look at an animation reference, a good one. You see how smooth and fluid it is. I see you tried using easings though, which is cool, you can do all linear but easing can help sometimes so its a nice touch. Your posing for being a beginner isn't too shabby. I'd move on to a different animation though if I were you. Or work on smoothing the animation out. If you look at a pro moon animator they have a ton ton tonnnn of linear keyframes.

A good example of a good moon animator is red and ultik

You can tell how one keyframe moves into another by previewing it when you edit it (like in the image). You then decide what would fit best to your animation.

The animation is just stiff, there's no follow through it's a super instant stop. It needs some smoothing, exaggeration and a lot of follow through
