Please ignore the arms in this animation. It's not very good. But that looks like a walking animation telling by the extension of the legs and lack of torso lean. The guy is moving very quickly for a walking animation don't you think? He should be a lot slower for a walk animation. But that's not just it, the torso is lacking a lot of up and down movement. This is a common mistake in making walking animations. But when the legs reach the peak of their extension (frame 25 in this example) then the torso should go up and back down. Frame 25 in this animation is him going up and 50 is him going down. (frame 75 is him going up and 100 is him going down too if you needed to know that.
