The punch could be a little better? like the arm you have is kind of to the side of the body ig when the arm should be attached instead. The camera angle might be trippin me a bit but that's all my tired brain can really think of
(guy in the back is meant to be your pose, and in front is meant to be how the arm should be)

Don’t exaggerate rocking back at forth btw. Usually I only do slight rocking left to right and a bob up and down. You can also curve the arms inward to give it a nice touch when it’s near the body, sort of like how a normal human runs and folds his arms
