Oh you're fine. And I'm glad to hear you're using blender that's a good step. You should try to join the moon animator server and get an IK rig from the resources channel when you have time and/or are ready it stops stuff like detaching and makes work a lot faster imo

I dont do r15 so i'll try my best lmao, for r15, you shouldnt detatch arms unlike r6. I suggest taking the torso in mind when u wanna reach further, example u wanna reach further infront. Instead of detaching your arm, rotate your torso to make it reach with the arms without detaching
