what I would change is the speed
you start it off very fast, then charge it briefly and then do it very fast again

i was trying to indicate that the sword is heavy through out the animation but its kinda hard
if you look at the tip of the sword
the red line
is the arc the sword tip makes
the green one
is the hilt
the hilt is slow and adequate to the weight
but if you focus on the tip, you'll see that the very beginning is quite fast
the charge itself is good imo

Holy shiet there must be so many errors in my animation 
Well for one, the position they took to anticipate their jump is weird, they should be crouching instead. Search up a photo of crouching to see what I mean

The speed they start jumping at is a bit much so if you're going for something more realistic it should be a little slower but I'll let it slide simply because the exaggeration is nice

When they're about to land, there's this weird glitch. Keep this in mind: When you're that close to landing you shouldn't still be spinning, when you do this you'll have to make them stop spinning very quick and it should make it look weird.
The part where they land and get back into position though is nice, the best part of the animation

its too obvious that its layers of the same muzzle flash image playing, you can get around this by adding random rotation for each particle
originally i was going to try changing the size
try using another r6 animation as a ref

I haven't seen your animations
so you see the dots and all that? well, those are keyframes it basically means that each joint has a position so if there is a keyframe on one part of the animation it basically means that the joint was moved so you see how at the start of the animation it has alot of keyframes? well that means that almost all the joints were moved and for the middle of the animation the same thing, it basically means I moved each joint from the position it was in on the first line of keyframes.
I'm bad at explaining, sorry if that was very confusing
and also the reason some keyframes are moved is to give delay to the joints,
so basically,
I made one arm slower and the other faster to give it a more realistic look
I'm still a beginner when it comes to animation so I'd recommend trying to get more skilled people to help you
