Since they didn't exist, it was harder for us a2s to actually rank up

But since a3 is now technically old a2, there should be not only more a3s but more active ones aswell.

So it's a good system that works

A2's don't have to suffer trying to rank and old a2's can still progress to the rank they were trying to achieve before hand (Which is now a4 technically)
