When it punches make sure it prepares for the punch more for the audience to see that his about the punch the overall posing and silhouette doesn't follow the line of action correctly let alone the follow through of the action itself

An example id say will be the pull back to increase its impact and delivery for punching the face

To anticipate what happens a slow wind up with a arc to it can make it more impactful and for the end action it should only really move through and pause for atleast 2-4 frames for the impact or a freeze frame then overlapp it as better recoil

And for the guy who gets punched, when punched he should be pushed away further and shouldn't stop mid air unless it's a impact frame another thing to note is to add more bounce when punched unless it's for realism a bit more shake would add alot of personality to it same as weight and for the posing it needs a huge rework because of the end of the animation the head and arms don't follow through exactly which again another follow through issue

And for the final 2 issues is the roll it should declarate in speed overtime cause of now its at constant speed which leads to it looking like it's doing backflip sideways

So start fast and bounce off then declaration of the spin
