img3: if u want more to do with the arm u can rotate it forward a bit and thatll make the getup look like it has a little more weight in it if its also making the arm move forward after coming in from the 4th image

overall i think it just needs more up&down movement and the top of the legs shouldnt be out as far as they are throughout

also do not take what i did in the 3rd image as a proper reference like dont make the arm go as inwards as i did in that image
