the shoulders move on their own their supposed to follow through the torso rather than making it move on its own it might be the pov but its less likely, to fix it you must delay the shoulder following through the torso this way it looks a lot more natural but then again not too much let the upper arm do the rest by rotating in the x axis as it transfers its weight to another direction

another issue is that the posing works but he looks so boxed like he feels so rigid without any natural poses try looking at a mirror you see that your body has a more curved pose not too limp(its hard to explain)

the hips shouldn't rotate in the z local axis since that would look like a baddie its fine to do that if it was a woman or when the character is at the end of the step to transfer weigh correctly but this its a little bit too obvious most just make it as subtle as possible

and as i mentioned it should be rotated in the Y axis and yes the Y axis in local. also make sure the hips follow the legs depending on which direction your stepping

also make the step a little more higher since its just too low to the point where you can't really notice any stepping just sliding

also the head should be locked in the z axis more since it looks like its leaning left and right and the bobbing is going head first each time it steps it should be before the step has happened
