interpolation and easing are both the same but called differently they both have the same functions which changes how the graph/tweening between the frames. if you learn about what the graph editor is and how it works it will all make sense really quickly, easings and interpolations are named differently in moon, although they both use the same functions, actual easing is (ease in,ease out) which determines the slowdown of the tween between the 2 keyframes, but since moon doesnt have bezier it merges ease in and out as their own interpolations.
