1st and 2nd image: unsure as to why the arm falls like this it looks very clunky, u should probably make it move fast into the second position if youre gonna slow down the rest of the rig so that the arm can also slow down with the rig
3rd image: exaggerate arm & rotate torso a little more maybe plz
4th image: after punching (the 2nd punch) u should probably move the left arm across the torso more for that follow through 🤑 and then pull it back instead of pulling it back into the torso and making it sideways like you did and then because of that it just sort of turns and pulls back slowly and looks clunky again
5th image: exaggerate arm plzzzzz
6th image: its a downward punch so make the arm tilted downwards not straight on ALSO exaggerate a little
7th image: this is seemingly the impact pose according to the torso movement so exaggerate the leg
and finally you should probably not have him crouching as much as he is the entire time and you could use some extra weight on the punches with the torso movement
