1: I suggest using IK if you know how to implement it, as it reduces workload animating the legs, although it's not perfect when relying on it a bit too much so you gotta recorrect it's position.

2:The knife feels lighter, add in some weight

thats right we're adding 12 principles of animation

3:The body looks rigid let's say if the knife is heavy and it pulls out fast, it should add in some drag from the arm to torso

4: slow in & slow out is in their but it's not really natural to see

5: when he got stabbed it's torso tilts upward even though the knife was aiming for the heart, You should add more impact from where the knife was. same goes when the knife got pulled out

6: add some dramatism gng it looks boring just falling flat like that

7: when he was about to puncture the knife in the one who's getting punctured at directly looks at him, that dont feel right
he should wait for a bit before he notices someone stabbed him

8: the movements doesnt have any arcs around it's body makes it look more mechanical
