its seems like you used mirror values for other body parts, it looks way symmetrical which isn't a quite good thing, add some latency between the arms for example make the left arm hit ground before the right hand, add some shake to it since its a big impact, landing isnt a perfect thing either, speed from starting pose is the same one as it before hit the ground and thats not how kinetics energy and gravity works, add some build up speed when falling down and make the landing be more aggressive, other then that, there are other things to work on but they dont really matter like these ones that i mentioned.
